What is Pranic Healing?

Pranic Healing is a no-drug, no-touch energy healing technique that harnesses the power of prana, or life force, to heal and balance the body’s energy systems.

The healing works on the aura and chakras and balances them. When the balance of the chakras and aura are restored it heals the physical body.

Through guided techniques, the healer uses hand movements to clean the aura and the chakras. Then they are energised by using techniques to channel prana. When the energy of the chakras is balanced, it heals the physical body.

It also brings about a sense of deep inner balance.

The human body and aura

Your body is more than its physical form; it is enveloped by an energy field known as the aura. This invisible layer acts as a bridge between your physical, emotional, and spiritual selves.

Master Choa discovered that the aura of a human being gets affected much before the disease affects the physical body. Any imbalance in the aura can manifest as stress, fatigue, or illness in the body.

So when the aura is vibrant and balanced, it serves as a protective shield, supporting physical health and emotional harmony.

The aura and chakras

Chakras are a significant and integral part of the energy body. They correspond to specific organs and glands in the human body, based on their location.

Chakras act as gateways for life energy, or "Prana," to flow into the body. They play a vital role in energizing and regulating the organs and significantly impact a person’s psychological and spiritual well-being.

Master Choa Kok Sui has identified 12 major chakras, along with numerous minor and mini chakras, in Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.

Two Basic Principle of Pranic Healing

Pranic Healing operates on two essential natural laws.

The Law of Self-Recovery

The human body has the innate ability to heal itself.

Small wounds and burns repair within days.

Viral infections like cough or cold generally resolve within one to two weeks, even without medication.

This automatic healing is always taking place inside the body.

The Law of Life Energy (Prana)

For the body to function, it must contain life energy—known as prana or chi. When this life energy is increased:

Healing accelerates.

Recovery that typically takes weeks may happen in days.

Just as electricity or light can speed up chemical reactions, prana accelerates the body’s biochemical healing processes.

Not Supernatural—Simply Natural

Although modern science cannot yet measure prana, its effects are observable. Throughout history, many forces—including electricity—existed long before humans could detect them. Pranic Healing is based on natural principles that have always been present.

Basic Technique of Pranic Healing

Pranic Healing is based on the principles of energy cleansing and energising:

Cleansing

Sweeping is one of the fundamental cleansing techniques used in Pranic Healing. It helps remove diseased or used-up energy from the energy body and can also assist in distributing fresh prana more effectively.

Energising

To energize the patient’s energy body, the healer should first project prana—one of the safest and most effective methods available. When projecting prana, the healer simultaneously draws in fresh prana or air vitality globule from the environment. This prevents the healer from becoming depleted and reduces the risk of exhaustion or contamination from the patient’s diseased energy.

Chakras, aura and Pranic Healing. How are they related?

There is a deep connection between your aura and your chakras. The entire science of Pranic Healing is based on this.

Energy flow

The chakras of the body continuously exchange energy with the aura, influencing overall vitality and health.

Imbalances

Negative thoughts, stress, or environmental factors can distort the aura, leading to physical and emotional challenges.

Healing

By cleansing and energising the aura, we can restore balance, enabling the body’s natural healing processes to function effectively.
